We have 4 Deluxe family-owned houseboats, all tastefully decorated in Mughal style-architecture with gorgeous lakeside veranda and rooftop, where you can relax, sip a good (free) kashmiri tea and enjoy your vacations.

We offer trekking, water trekking through canals and sightseeing services! Our houseboats bob gently in the middle of Dal Lake but have easy access to shore by 2 minutes Shikara ride. Away from the traffic jam and city noise, it guarantees better views on the Lake and on the Mountains.
 

From Airport it is 12 km approx, take a taxi to here Ghat No 9 and take a lift in Shikara. Ask for Lake Victoria Houseboats from nerhu park half a km approx. from ghat no 9 (Embarkation port) 2 minutes in Shikara. Reception opens 24-hours 2 beds per bedroom (1 king and 1 single) Meals included but possible to ask for lodging only.
