Passport validity should not be less than 6 months from the time of application.
One set of passport photocopy of pages 1-5 & renewal page if any.
1 set of original visa application form completely filled in with a sign as per passport.
2 copies of recent passport sized photograph. (Background White) (35mmx50mm)
Visa request letter from the office if employed/ Business letter pad if business/ Travel letter from the educational institute or Student ID card copy if a student.
Updated bank statement for the last 6 months with the original name, seal, a sign of authorized person & bank solvency certificate if the first-timetraveler. Minimum Balance 50,000 tk. per person.
Booking Return air ticket
Visiting card.

Updated bank statement for the last 6 months with the original name, seal, a sign of authorized person & bank solvency certificate if the first-timetraveler. Minimum Balance 50,000 BDT. per person.
