Required Documents for applying:

Original Note Verbal (for Govt. Officers) or Letter of Introduction (LOI) for ordinary passport holder, issued by Foreign Ministry of Bangladesh, mentioning purpose and desire date of visit, along with its Arabic Translation in a white A4 size paper. (Please mention “To Whom It May Concern” in Arabic instead of “Letter of Introduction” at the top of the translation copy.)
Invitation Letter from United Arab Emirates specifying the purpose of visit and mentioning the name and the passport number.
Applicant must bring forwarding letter from his/her own company. The trading license should also be produced for verification purpose.
A clear scanned colored copy of passport’s cover page, bio page and the information page of the bearer in A4 size paper.
Two copies of passport size colored photographs with white background.
Dully filled visa application form and other information forms.
Return / onward ticket
Hotel Booking
Six Months valid passport.
Personal or company Bank statements of last 6 (Six) Months.
