Accomplished Application for Philippine Visa form
Confirmed hotel accommodation/invitation letter from the sponsor (starting address in the Philippines) and sponsor’s passport copy
Travel itinerary
For Businessmen: Trade license
For Employees: Certificate of employment and employees tax certificate/TIN
Proof of financial capability e.g. Assets/Ownership, proof of tax payment or letter/proof of financial support by the sponsor + Solvency minimum balance of BDT. 4/5 lakhs per person.
Bank Statement of visa applicant or letter/proof of financial support by the sponsor
Round trip airline ticket ***
Police Clearance
Passport valid for not less than six (6) months after the journey to the Philippines
One set of passport photocopy of pages 1-5 & renewal page if any
Two copies of 2”x 2” recent photograph with white background.

 

Additional Requirements for Special Cases:

For Minor applicants:

Birth certificate
Marriage certificate of parents
Copy of parents’ passports

 

Business Visa Requirements:

Accomplished Application for Philippine Visa form
Invitation from the Philippines addressed to the Philippines Embassy.
Company Letter including the purpose of travels to the Philippines.
Registration of Business of the applicant and the sponsor.
Bank Statement of the visa applicant.
Proof of financial capability e.g. Assets/Ownership, proof of tax payment.
Passport valid for not less than Six (6) months after the journey in the Philippines + Solvency minimum balance 4/5 lakhs per person.
Police Clearance
One set of passport photocopy of pages 1-5 & renewal page if any.
Round trip airlines ticket/booking.
Two copies of 2”x 2” recent Photograph (white background).
Other papers NOC (No Objection Letter)/ Translated Trade License and Notarized Renewal copy (Business Visa).

 

For Holders of Ordinary Passports to Attend Meeting /Seminar and Study Tours in The Philippines:

Accomplished Application for Philippine Visa form
Invitation from the Philippine addressed to the Philippine Embassy and to the applicant
A Forwarding Letter from the Employer
Bank Statement of the visa applicant
Proof of Financial capability e.g. Assets/Ownership, proof of tax payment
Authenticated Registration of inviting an organization
Police Clearance
Passport valid for not less than six (6) months after sojourning in the Philippines
Round trip airline ticket/booking
Two copies of 2″ x 2″ recent photographs
